Building a community club for generations

Our goal is to create a community club with first-class facilities anchored by a special 18-hole golf course and practice facility that can be sustained for generations. This renovation project will upgrade every aspect of the 18-hole course; including tees, greens, fairways, and irrigation. These improvements represent the commitment to long-term preservation of open space, including the course and other natural areas. The renovation process will result in a significant upgrade to course play for all skill levels. We are excited to share these future developments with our Membership.

- The golf course renovation is ongoing, with the newly redesigned front nine is open for member play, while the back nine is undergoing renovations. After the course renovations are complete, plans are underway for a new clubhouse, practice facility, racquet sports, and aquatics. During construction, SCC members will have limited access to The Mountain Course at Spruce Peak.
